The Queen of Spain

Eighteen years after fleeing Nazi Germany, actress Macarena Granada, now a celebrated Hollywood star, returns to her homeland of Spain with mixed feelings. The country is under Franco's dictatorship, and she has been cast to play Queen Isabella of Castile in a major historical film. On set, she reunites with many of her former artist friends. However, when one of them is taken to a labor camp, events spiral out of control.
