40 Days and Nights

The Earth is threatened by a massive tectonic plate shift that is causing the sea level to rise. A second flood is imminent. While the military is busy constructing a giant 'Ark' to save 50,000 people from annihilation, a microbiologist is trying to collect the DNA of as many species as possible to ensure the survival of both human and animal life.
