Surfer Fin and his ex-wife April have reconciled and are visiting friends in New York together. But then, an unusual weather system develops into a bizarre whirlwind that rains sharks down on the city. As the bloodthirsty beasts sweep over Broadway, Fin and April strike back with chainsaws and homemade bombs.
